Amendment proposal for the Hunter River Tidal Pool water sources of the Water Sharing Plan for the Hunter Unregulated and Alluvial Water Sources 2022
Feedback on an amendment option for the Hunter River Tidal Pool water sources has now closed.
The department sought licence holder views on amending the water sharing rules in the Hunter River tidal pool water sources.
Water access licence holders in the following water sources were invited to attend a workshop and to provide feedback on an amendment option for water sharing in these water sources.
- Hunter River Tidal Pool Water Source
- Paterson River Tidal Pool Water Source
- Wallis Creek Tidal Pool Water Source
