About the project
105 Phillip Street is a 25,000m2 contemporary government workplace close to the Parramatta CBD which provides modern working spaces for over 1,800 NSW Department of Education (DoE) workers.
The building is one of Australia’s leading commercial buildings in sustainability, located within easy walking distance of the city’s parks, recreation, transport and retail facilities.
Outcomes delivered
- Modern A-grade fit-out with a range of work settings supporting hybrid working and enabling NSW Government employees to deliver positive outcomes for the people of NSW
- Future-focused, dynamic design supports flexibility and provides the ability to adapt to changing government requirements
- Supports sustainability targets, with a 6-star Green Star rating and 6-star As Built fit-out rating
- Supports the Greater Cities Commission’s objectives for Parramatta to become Sydney’s second CBD.
Background
Property & Development NSW conducted a public expression of interest and request for tender procurement process to secure long-term leased government office accommodation in Western Sydney.
Dexus was selected to deliver the lease commitment. 105 Phillip Street was completed in 2018.
